Notifications

The Notifications screen centralizes all events related to your network: connection requests, loans, book returns, and wishlist matches.

Notification types

• Connection request: a reader wants to connect to your library
• Connection accepted: your connection request was accepted
• Borrow request: someone wants to borrow one of your books
• Borrow accepted: your borrow request was accepted
• Book returned: a borrower has returned your book
• Wishlist match: a book from your wishlist was found in a contact's library

Filtering notifications

At the top of the screen, filter chips let you display only certain categories:

• All: all notifications
• Connections: connection requests and acceptances
• Loans: borrow requests, acceptances, and returns
• Discoveries: wishlist matches

Actions

• Tap a notification: opens the relevant screen (network, requests, contact's library)
• Swipe left: dismisses the notification
• Mark all as read: via the button in the action bar
• Clear all: via the button in the action bar (with confirmation)
